The File Maintenance applications allow the user to create and modify the reference files utilized by MC/PLUS-Rx. During system installation, these applications allow modification of the vendor supplied database and also permit the incorporation of institution specific information. Role based access levels and security codes limit access to database maintenance operations. Data entry within the File Maintenance applications is interactive. Any modification to the database is immediately made available upon request at each workstation within the network.
